Event Info for External Guests

1. Identify the desired 客人 and desired event/program outcomes
2. Identify the event details: date, times, location etc.

5. Determine the event needs and identify and contact service providers

   • Food Service Request -两周前 请注意
   • Announcement Slides – One week prior 请注意
   • Production Services Request – Four weeks prior 请注意
   • 市场营销 & Communication Requests – Eight weeks prior 请注意
   • 校园安全 – For larger events involving off campus 客人, 校园安全 needs four weeks prior 请注意 to arrange for the unlocking/locking of doors, 停车需求, and security details. Please email 校园安全 @ safety@verastore.net

   • HES Custodial Services – To arrange for HES custodial coverage for an event, please submit a maintenance work request two weeks prior to 你的活动.
